1.       Emissions by State Chart: If more than one item is selected from the State dropdown OR one item is selected from the State dropdown but no items are selected from the County dropdown, then the “Emissions by State” chart is displayed. 2.       Emissions by County Chart: If one item is selected from the State dropdown and one or more items are selected from the County dropdown but no items are selected from the SCC dropdown, then the “Emissions by County” chart is displayed. 3.       Emissions by County SCC Table: If one item is selected from the County dropdown and one or more items are selected from the SCC dropdown, then the “Emissions by County SCC” table is displayed.
